Job Overview: We are a fast-growing ed-tech platform dedicated to transforming children's communication skills, confidence, and personality. We are looking for passionate, high-energy English educators and coaches to conduct interactive, live online 1-on-1 and small-group sessions for kids.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging, live online classes focusing on Spoken English, Public Speaking, Creative Writing, and Personality Development for kids. Deliver interactive demo sessions to prospective students to convert them into long-term learners. Adapt teaching methods to suit individual student learning speeds and engagement levels. Provide constructive feedback and regular progress reports to parents. Build strong rapport with young learners to boost their confidence and active participation.

Requirements & Qualifications:
- Flawless Spoken & Written English: Impeccable grammar, clear diction, and robust articulation. Prior Experience:



Minimum 6 months of experience in teaching, online tutoring, voice/accent training, or personality development (freshers with exceptional communication skills are welcome to apply). Tech Readiness: Must own a high-speed internet connection, a laptop or PC with a functional webcam, and a noise-canceling headset. Key Traits: High energy, patience, creativity, and a dynamic personality that connects easily with children.
