Roles
- Front-line voice of iDreamCareer's Class XII admission helpline, the first person a student speaks to.
- Owner of an assigned cohort of Class XII students, PAN-India, who have already completed counselling with iDreamCareer.
- Works alongside iDreamCareer's certified career counsellors, reporting daily to the helpline coordinator.

Responsibility
- Outreach: Place outbound calls to your assigned student list against a daily calling target.
- Diagnosis: Use the provided script to establish each student's admission status, upcoming deadlines, and blockers.
- Documentation: Log every call outcome in the shared Google Sheets tracker the same day, in the prescribed columns and dropdowns.
- Escalation: Hand over students who need expert intervention to a counsellor with written context.
- Reporting: Submit an end-of-day summary of calls attempted,



connected, and pending.

Requirements
- Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
- Tools (mandatory): Working knowledge of Google Sheets, able to enter data into a shared sheet without breaking its structure, and to use filters, sorting, and basic formulas.
- Language: Fluent spoken Hindi and English.
- Availability: Free full-time for all 45 days, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
- Setup: Own laptop, smartphone, and secure internet connection.
- Disposition: Patience and precision across high-volume repetitive calls.

Pay: ₹6,666.67 per month
