- Role Summary: Responsible for day-to-day site supervision, contractor management, material quality checks, site measurements, and client/government inspection coordination
- Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site execution for PWD infrastructure (drains, boundary walls, paver roads) and private residential projects.
- Conduct strict quality control and quantity verification for incoming materials (cement, steel, aggregate, brickwork) to eliminate waste and theft.
- Prepare daily progress reports (DPR), site measurement sheets, and material consumption logs.
- Coordinate in office inspections with municipal/PWD Junior Engineers (JEs) and private home owners.
- Ensure strict adherence to site safety protocols and local municipal building codes.
2. Civil Engineering Interns (Fresh B.Tech / Diploma Graduates)
- Role Summary: Hands-on, field-first learning role for energetic freshers who want fast-tracked real-world exposure to structural execution, digital material estimation, and government contract operations.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior site engineers in daily site supervision and material delivery verification.
- Learn and execute digital material take-offs and cost estimation for upcoming project tenders.
- Maintain physical and digital site measurement registers.
- Supervise sub-contractor labor teams to ensure structural alignment and on-time daily execution.

Technical & Field Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of Civil Engineering fundamentals (Concrete technology, Surveying, Structural estimates, Quantity Surveying).
- Ability to read and interpret Architectural CAD drawings, Structural layouts, and PWD Schedule of Rates (SOR).
- Familiarity with on-site measurement procedures and government billing formats (Measurement Book / MB entry processing).
