Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Team Leader to lead, coach, and manage a team of sales executives. The role is responsible for achieving team sales targets, generating new business, monitoring daily performance, and ensuring effective customer follow-up and conversion.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Set daily and monthly sales goals for team members and monitor achievement.
- Generate new leads and support the team in converting leads into business.
- Conduct daily team meetings and review individual performance.
- Monitor calls, meetings, follow-ups, conversions, and sales pipeline.
- Coach and motivate team members to improve their sales performance.
- Provide training on product knowledge, sales techniques, negotiation, and customer handling.
- Assist sales executives in handling difficult customers and closing high-value deals.
- Track team performance and prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly sales reports.
- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Explore new markets, customer segments, and business opportunities.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to management.
- Ensure the team follows company policies, sales processes, and reporting procedures.
- Support recruitment and onboarding of new sales team members when required.
