Villaro is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Fieled Sales Executive to build and manage relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Consultants, and potential clients. The role involves generating leads, scheduling meetings, identifying upcoming projects, and driving business opportunities for the company's interior design and furniture divisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with Architects, Interior Designers, Consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and market research.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with architects, designers, and prospective clients.
- Invite prospects to the Experience Centre for presentations and discussions.
- Maintain regular follow-ups through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Build long-term professional relationships with architects and interior designers.
- Track upcoming residential and hospitality projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client engagement and project discussions.
- Maintain records of leads, meetings,
and sales activities in CRM or MIS.
- Achieve monthly meeting, and revenue targets.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and current business opportunities.
Skills & Requirements
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Confidence in conducting cold calls and business meetings.
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented approach.
- Knowledge of the interior design, furniture, architecture, or construction industry will be preferred.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of exper
