Position: Tour Consultant

Santa Pacific Holidays is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Tour Consultant to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with domestic and international holiday packages, understanding their travel requirements, and providing suitable and cost-effective travel solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-in clients.
- Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable holiday packages.
- Prepare customized domestic and international tour packages.
- Create professional itineraries and calculate package costs.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, DMCs, and other suppliers.
- Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Handle flight, hotel, sightseeing, transfer, and visa-related requirements.
- Prepare travel vouchers and necessary travel documents.
- Maintain accurate customer records and booking details.
- Provide proper pre-tour information and customer support.
- Maintain good relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Work towards achieving assigned sales targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience in the Travel & Tourism industry is preferred.
- Freshers with valuable communication skills are also welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Basic computer knowledge, including email, MS Office, and WhatsApp handling.
- Good customer service, communication, and sales skills.
- Ability to follow up with customers professionally.
- Knowledge of domestic and international destinations will be an added advantage.
