? Key Requirements

• Proven experience in
Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance

• Experience in
Underwriting and/or Claims
is preferred

• Minimum
2+ years of team-handling experience
must be reflected in official employment records

• Strong people management, leadership and mentoring skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Robust stakeholder management, analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good knowledge of
MS Excel & PowerPoint





• Ability to understand complex documents and reports

• Experience supporting onshore teams and handling queries

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify/report irregularities

• Insurance certification such as
INS/LM
is an added advantage
