Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products/services.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Generate leads through various marketing channels and support business development activities.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, events, and other promotional activities.
- Manage digital marketing activities, including social media, email marketing, and online promotions.
- Coordinate with the sales team to achieve marketing and revenue targets.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for new customer acquisition.
- Prepare marketing reports, campaign performance reports, and market analysis.
- Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, vendors,



and other stakeholders for marketing activities.
- Ensure consistent brand communication across marketing channels.

Required Skills
- 0-3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust knowledge of marketing concepts and lead-generation techniques.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
- Strong analytical, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, market visits, and promotional activities, if required.
