We’re looking for an
energetic and target-oriented

Business Development Representative (
BDR)
to join our team in
Pune
and work with
US & UK-based B2B SaaS companies and senior decision-makers.

What You’ll Do

• Make outbound calls to B2B SaaS companies and key decision-makers

• Connect with Founders, CMOs, VPs of Marketing, Heads of Growth & senior leaders

• Understand prospects’ marketing and growth challenges

• Qualify prospects and book qualified meetings

• Follow up through calls, emails and other outbound channels

• Handle objections and identify genuine sales opportunities

• Keep CRM activity and prospect information accurate

• Work with the sales team to improve messaging, targeting and conversions

• Achieve weekly calling, meeting and pipeline-generation targets

What We’re Looking For

•
1–3 years of experience
in B2B sales/business development





• Excellent spoken and written English

• Confident communicating with
US & UK-based decision-makers

• Comfortable with high-volume cold calling

• Strong communication, active listening and objection-handling skills

• Target-driven, competitive, energetic and self-motivated

• Persistent and comfortable handling rejection

• Experience in
B2B services, SaaS, digital marketing or lead generation
is an advantage
