Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Hairdresser to join our Men’s Parlour. The ideal candidate should have 2–5 years of experience in men’s hair grooming and styling, with strong technical skills and excellent customer-handling abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform men's haircuts, styling, trimming, and grooming services.
- Provide hair styling based on the client's face shape, preferences, and requirements.
- Perform beard trimming, shaping, and styling.
- Provide hair wash, blow-dry, hair spa, and basic hair-care services.
- Perform hair colouring, highlights, smoothening, and other hair treatments as required.
- Consult with clients regarding suitable hairstyles and hair-care products.
- Maintain high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tools, equipment, and workstation.
- Recommend suitable hair-care and grooming products to clients.
- Stay updated with current men's hairstyles, grooming trends, and techniques.
- Handle customer queries and service-related concerns professionally.

Requirements:




- Education: Diploma/Certificate in Hairdressing, Cosmetology, Hair Styling, or Beauty & Wellness from a recognized institute. Relevant professional training/certification is preferred.
- Experience: 2–5 years of experience as a Hairdresser, Hair Stylist, or Barber in a Men's Salon/Parlour.
- Strong knowledge of men's haircuts, styling, beard grooming, and hair treatments.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Professional grooming and a pleasant personality.
- Ability to work flexible schedule, weekends, and holidays.
