*About the Role*

Ocean One Ship Management is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in operational processes and the ability to coordinate effectively with international clients and vendors to ensure the smooth, timely execution of all operational activities.

*Key Responsibilities*
- Manage day-to-day vessel operations, ensuring adherence to company processes, SOPs, and industry regulations
- Act as the primary point of contact for international clients, principals, and stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication
- Coordinate with masters, crew, port agents, and vendors to ensure smooth vessel operations
- Track and follow up on operational deliverables to ensure deadlines are consistently met
- Prepare and maintain operational reports, records, and documentation
- Monitor vessel schedules, port calls,



and voyage-related activities
- Handle operational queries and resolve issues promptly to avoid delays
- Ensure compliance with statutory, flag state, and client-specific requirements
- Liaise with internal departments (technical, crewing, commercial) to support seamless operations
- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for operational efficiency

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Master's degree
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in operations
- Robust understanding of operational workflows and ship management processes
- Excellent communication skills, with experience interacting with international clients
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills with a focus on meeting deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with ship management software is an advantage
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
