Roles and Responsibilities :
- Acquire and onboard new merchants through field visits to expand our customer base.
- Promote and sell PhonePe payment solutions devices to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing merchants to increase repeat business.
- Handle merchant activation and reactivation to maximize sales potential.
- Achieve assigned sales and merchant acquisition targets consistently.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive growth.
Job Requirements :
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced workplace.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, including prospecting, relationship-building, and negotiation techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify new business opportunities.
- Experience in banking sales, credit card sales, direct sales, field marketing, field sales, FMCG sales, or insurance sales is preferred.
