Job Description

MulticoreWare (MCW) is looking for a agile and motivated fresher to join our sales team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in technology sales across domains like AI/ML, video analytics, embedded systems, and semiconductor solutions.

You will work closely with senior sales leaders and business units to support customer engagement, identify opportunities, and contribute to business growth.

Responsibilities:

- Support the sales team in managing and nurturing customer accounts.

- Learn MCW offerings in AI/ML, video, embedded systems, and engineering services.

- Assist in identifying customer needs and aligning them with MCW capabilities.

- Help in preparing proposals, presentations, and solution documents.

- Participate in client meetings and take notes on requirements and follow-ups.

- Conduct basic market and competitor research to understand industry trends.

- Collaborate with internal teams (business units,



engineering, and sales operations) to support sales activities.

- Maintain accurate customer data and update opportunities in the CRM tool (U Pilot).

- Track ongoing deals and assist in monitoring their progress.

- Prepare sales reports, customer visit summaries, and pipeline updates.

- Support senior team members in customer communication and relationship building.

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, or related engineering fields.

- MBA is preferred.

- Strong interest in technology sales and business development.

- Basic understanding of AI/ML, software services, or embedded systems (preferred).

- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
