The Role

We're hiring a Onboarding Lead / Brand Activation Strategist to own the first experience of a brand's journey with ConvertWay. You'll diagnose each brand's retention gaps, build the right mix of strategies, and prove real revenue impact.

What You'll Own
- Configure & Test —
Set up and validate each brand's stack against their specific retention problem
- Go-Live —
Launch the brand live, clean and on time
- Consult —
Guide brands on automation design as a technical partner, not a support ticket
- Prove ROI —
Track adoption (channel usage, automation coverage, response/conversion rates)



and performance from day one; run a data-backed review call showing revenue impact
- Own the number —
Time-to-value is your core metric, not time-to-launch
- Lead the team —
Lead a team of 3, reporting to the Business Head; work closely with Sales, KAM, Product, and Support

Who You Are
- 2–4 years in solutions consulting, TAM, implementation, or program management
- Can turn a business problem into a technical configuration — systems thinker, not checklist-runner
- Confident consulting brand stakeholders; data-driven when proving value
- Thrives with ownership and tight timelines
- Bonus: MarTech, D2C, or SaaS implementation background
