The Role

Senior Government and PSU Sales Manager based in Mumbai to own and grow our public sector business across energy, oil and gas, and power. LIFO has active projects with leading PSU customers, and this role is responsible for navigating PSU procurement, maintaining CXO and ED level relationships, and converting active proposals into orders. This is strategic relationship management and deal orchestration, not cold calling.
What You Will Own




- Own and deepen relationships with ED, Director, and CXO level decision-makers at large PSUs across energy, oil and gas, and power.
- Track active tenders and RFPs; monitor GeM, CPPP, and company-specific procurement portals daily.
- Coordinate proposal preparation with technical and commercial teams to ensure bids are compliant, competitive, and on time.
- Drive vendor empanelment processes at target PSUs where LIFO is not yet registered.
- Manage opportunities end-to-end: relationship management, pilot coordination, commercial negotiation, and national rollout planning.
- Push deployments from proposal stage to purchase order, handling procurement follow-ups, pricing discussions, and contract finalisation.
- Identify new PSU opportunities across energy, oil and gas, and power sectors that fit LIFO’s portfolio.
