Job Description: Sales Specialist – Deep-Tech & Engineering Solutions

Location: Kochi, Kerala

Travel: Frequent travel to customer locations, industry events, exhibitions, and business meetings is required

Employment Type: Full-time

Work Mode: On-site

Annual CTC: Up to ₹12 LPA, based on experience and expertise

Experience Required: 5+ Years

Preferred Candidate Profile
- B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics Engineering is mandatory.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B technical or engineering sales.
- Experience working with technically complex products or engineering solutions.
- Strong ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them clearly to customers.
- Comfortable engaging with CXOs, engineering leaders, technical stakeholders, procurement teams, and business decision-makers.
- Proven experience in lead generation, customer acquisition, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently in a high-growth workplace.




- Candidates currently based in Kerala or willing to relocate to Kochi for a long-term opportunity are preferred.
- Willing to travel extensively based on customer and business requirements.
