The Role

You'll plan, execute, and optimise outbound email campaigns that generate qualified leads for our SEO and web development services in the USA, UK, and Canada
.

Day to day, you'll build targeted prospect lists, write and schedule campaigns, segment audiences, and set up automated sequences that move prospects through the funnel. You'll monitor performance, analyse open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, and run A/B tests to improve them.



You'll work closely with our marketing and sales teams to align messaging, sharpen lead qualification criteria, and make sure engaged contacts get followed up quickly. Throughout, you'll keep campaigns compliant with email regulations and deliverability best practice, and refine your approach based on what the data tells you.

Performance Expectations
- Deliver 3–4 qualified leads per day
for SEO and web development services from the USA, UK, and Canada markets
- Maintain healthy deliverability, engagement, and conversion metrics across all active campaigns
- Report on pipeline contribution and campaign performance on a regular cadence

Requirements
- You must have your own email infrastructure
— your own sending domains and mailboxes, warmed and ready for outbound. This role requires you to run campaigns on your own setup rather than company-provided accounts.
