Role & responsibilities
Program Management
- Plan, implement and monitor oncology programs and services across the organization.
- Ensure smooth functioning of all oncology-related clinical and non-clinical processes.
Clinical Coordination
- Coordinate with Medical Oncologists, Surgical Oncologists, Radiation Oncologists, Pathologists, Radiologists, Nursing teams and allied healthcare professionals.
- Facilitate multidisciplinary tumor board meetings and ensure timely implementation of treatment recommendations.
Patient Journey Management
- Oversee end-to-end patient navigation from diagnosis to treatment and follow-up.
- Improve patient experience through effective counselling, coordination and support services.
- Address patient concerns and ensure timely resolution.
Quality & Compliance
- Monitor quality indicators, clinical outcomes, and patient satisfaction metrics.
- Oversee and ensure adherence to JCI, NABH, NABL, and other applicable regulatory and accreditation requirements,
including necessary corrective actions.
Operational Excellence
- Optimize resource utilization and workflow efficiency.
- Collaborate with departments to enhance service delivery and turnaround times.
Business Development & Outreach
- Support oncology awareness programs, screening initiatives, and community outreach activities.
- Coordinate with marketing and business development teams to promote oncology services.
- Build relationships with referring physicians and healthcare partners.
Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain oncology program databases and performance reports.
- Analyze trends and prepare periodic reports for leadership review.
- Monitor patient volumes, treatment outcomes, and operational metrics.
- Prepare MoM for Tumor Board meetings, capturing key decisions and actionables, and ensure timely follow-up and execution.
