We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and detail-oriented Civil Project Manager to oversee the complete site execution and delivery of our flagship luxury residential project, Evora. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in high-end construction, managing premium finishes (V-Ray / D5 Render accurate architectural execution, marble/granite work, structural precision), strict timeline tracking using project management software, and managing contractors and high-net-worth stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Site Execution- End-to-end management of civil construction, site execution, structural framing, and high-end exterior/interior finishing works.

Timeline & Schedule Management- Develop and monitor master project baselines, site milestones, and Daily Progress Reports (DPR) using MS Project / Primavera P6.

Quality Assurance & Premium Finishes- Maintain zero-compromise quality standards for luxury specifications, structural concrete testing, high-grade waterproofing, premium tiling/flooring, and architectural elevation work.





Budget & Cost Control-Monitor project cash flow, approve contractor RA bills, control material wastage (target Two Percentage), and handle variation orders efficiently.

Drawing & BIM Coordination- Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, and MEP consultants. Ensure error-free execution of 2D/3D CAD drawings and resolve site clashes via RFI process.

Vendor & Subcontractor Management: Hire, supervise, and evaluate subcontractors, specialized labor, and vendors to ensure safety, quality, and on-time completion.

Site Safety & EHS- Implement strict HSE (Health, Safety & Workplace) protocols, safety audits, and toolbox talks across the project site.

RERA & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full adherence to local building bylaws, NBC norms, RERA timelines, and safety regulations.
