Key Responsibilities
Manage overall factory & production operations.
Achieve production, quality & dispatch targets.
Improve machine utilization, OEE & productivity.
Control raw material wastage, rejection & manufacturing costs. Manage manpower, shifts & production supervisors.
Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, Stores, HR & Dispatch.
Ensure preventive maintenance and minimum machine downtime. Implement 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, RCA & CAPA.
Ensure safety, PPE, SOP and statutory compliance. Conduct daily production review and prepare MIS reports.
Handle production-related customer complaints and audits.
Drive continuous improvement and factory discipline.
