About the Role

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Manager to manage and grow the company's social media presence across various digital platforms. The candidate will be responsible for developing social media strategies, creating engaging content, managing campaigns, and increasing brand awareness and engagement.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media marketing, content trends, audience engagement, analytics, and paid campaigns, preferably with experience in the Agriculture, Agri-tech, FMCG, or Bio-Products industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with company and marketing objectives.
- Manage the company's social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and maintain a monthly Social Media Content Calendar.




- Create and coordinate engaging content including reels, posts, carousels, stories, videos, farmer-focused content, educational content, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with the Content, Graphic Design, Video, Sales, and Marketing teams for content creation.
- Monitor social media trends, hashtags, competitors, and industry developments.
- Develop innovative campaigns to increase followers, reach, engagement, leads, and brand visibility.
- Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns and coordinate with performance marketing teams where required.
- Track social media performance using platform analytics and prepare regular performance reports.
- Analyze metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement rate, views, followers, leads, CTR, and conversions.
- Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions professionally and on time.
- Build and manage online communities and strengthen customer/fa
