Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Implementation Leadership:Lead Darwinbox implementations - from business process mapping (BPM) to UAT, go-live, and stabilization.
- Own solution design across modules (Core HR, Payroll, Time, Performance, Benefits, etc.).
- Drive integration planning and execution with payroll systems, ERPs, attendance devices, and third-party tools.
- Ensure delivery within defined timelines, scope, and quality benchmarks.
- Client Ownership & Stakeholder Management:Act as the functional owner for client engagements.
- Lead client workshops and working sessions with HR, IT, Finance, and leadership teams.
- Manage change requests - assess impact, recommend solutions, and align expectations across stakeholders.
- Own training, including key user training and functional handovers.
- Strategic HRMS Advisory:Advise clients on HRMS optimization, best-practice process design, and scalable architecture.
- Help clients move from current-state HR operations ? future-ready HR platforms.




- Guide HR teams on post-go-live optimization, adoption, and system maturity.
- Map and articulate business value and perks delivered through Darwinbox implementation.
- Solution Design & Documentation Excellence:Lead creation of Blueprint documents, functional specifications, and solution design decks.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, implementable functional solutions.
- Ensure documentation quality that supports long-term scalability and client success.
- Prepare detailed handover documentation for Customer Success / AMS teams.
- Change Management & Adoption:Drive change management across HR and business users.
- Anticipate resistance points and proactively design mitigation plans.
- Ensure milestone sign-offs, adoption readiness, and stakeholder alignment at every phase.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
