Role Description
The Chief of Staff is a full-time, in office role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region,



serving as a strategic partner to the founder and leadership team. The role involves translating the founder’s vision into actionable plans, coordinating cross-functional initiatives across real estate, brand, content, and UHNI engagement, and ensuring key projects are executed on time and to a high standard. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing executive priorities and calendars, preparing briefings and decision-support documents, overseeing internal workflows and operating rhythms, and driving follow-through on strategic decisions and partnership opportunities. The Chief of Staff will synthesize market and business intelligence, support investor and UHNI relationship management, and help shape communication and narrative for internal and external stakeholders.
