Job Title: HR Recruiter Intern/HR Fresher

Location: Ahmedabad(Gota)

Duration: 3 Months

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter Intern to join our HR team. The role offers hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition processes, providing an excellent chance to develop your skills in human resources.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates through job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
- Post job openings on various platforms and manage job advertisements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess skills and qualifications.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment strategies and processes.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives, such as social media posts or career fairs.

Requirements:




- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in HR and recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with recruitment tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
