About the Role

Assotech Limited is looking for a customer-focused and well-organized CRM Frontend Executive to join our team in Bhubaneswar. The candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions after booking, coordinating with customers regarding payments and documentation, resolving customer queries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout the post-sales process.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and follow-up skills, a qualified approach to customer handling, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal departments.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers after booking.
- Coordinate with customers regarding payment schedules, pending payments, due dates, and payment confirmations.




- Follow up with customers for timely payment collection as per agreed schedules.
- Share payment-related information, reminders, receipts, and other required documents with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer payments, outstanding amounts, and follow-ups.
- Handle customer queries related to bookings, payments, documentation, possession, and other CRM-related matters.
- Coordinate with Finance & Accounts for payment updates, receipts, adjustments, and reconciliation.
- Coordinate with Sales, Legal, Projects, and other internal departments to resolve customer issues.
- Ensure timely communication of project updates and important information to customers.
- Assist customers with documentation and other formalities related to their property.
- Maintain proper records of customer communication, complaints, requests, and resolutions.
- Track customer complaints and ensure timely resolution through coordination with concerned
