Required Candidate profile:
1. Web Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications using Laravel and ReactJS.
2. API Integration: Develop and integrate RESTful APIs to connect various services and ensure smooth data flow.
3. Database Management: Design and optimize database schemas using MySQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB and ensure productive data storage and retrieval.
4. Front-End Development: Build responsive user interfaces with ReactJS, ensuring a seamless user experience.
5. Back-End Development: Implement server-side logic and maintain the core application framework using Laravel.
6. HRMS Domain Expertise: Apply knowledge of HRMS systems to develop features related to employee management, payroll, attendance, performance evaluation,
and other HR processes.
