Responsibilitie
- s:Research potential vendor
- s.Compare and evaluate offers from supplier
- s.Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricin
- g.Track orders and ensure timely deliver
- y.Review quality of purchased product
- s.Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal database
- s.Maintain updated records of purchased products,



delivery information and invoice
- s.Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyse
- s.Monitor stock levels and place orders as neede
- d.Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storag
- e.Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay up-to-date with industry trend
