Our flagship product, Whalexy, is a WhatsApp Business API automation platform that helps businesses automate customer communication, run WhatsApp campaigns, build chatbot flows and manage customer conversations more efficiently.
We are expanding our sales team across India and looking for ambitious sales professionals who can generate business and close B2B customers.
About the Role:
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for converting qualified leads into customers while also generating new business through outbound prospecting.
This is a target-driven, revenue-focused role where you will handle the sales journey from initial conversation to closing and basic customer onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound leads generated through Meta and Google campaigns.
- Make outbound calls and proactively identify new business opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and present Whalexy accordingly.
- Conduct product demos through phone, Google Meet or other channels.
- Follow up with prospects and manage the sales pipeline.
- Handle objections, negotiate and close deals.
- Maintain customer and sales information in CRM/Google Sheets.
- Support customers during initial onboarding.
- Generate referrals and self-sourced business opportunities.
- Work towards monthly sales and revenue targets.
What We're Looking For:
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, software/SaaS sales, corporate sales or similar roles.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with calling, online meetings and outbound prospecting.
- Fluency in Hindi; functional English required.
- Basic understanding of CRM, WhatsApp Business and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Robust target orientation and willingness to take ownership.
