What You will Be Doing:
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for mid-to-senior level IT roles across the US.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and clients to understand hiring needs and craft effective recruiting strategies.
- Source candidates creatively through job boards, social media,



networking, referrals, and direct sourcing techniques.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates for skill, culture fit, and potential.
- Manage interview scheduling, feedback collection, offer negotiations, and onboarding coordination.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and US labor laws throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Maintain detailed candidate records using ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and recruitment databases.
- Share timely recruitment reports and insights with key stakeholders.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, labor market shifts, and recruitment best practices.

What you will bring to the team:
