Shree Bajrang Motors Pvt. Ltd. is an authorized service center of Ashok Leyland Heavy Commercial Vehicles, providing professional service, maintenance, repair andwarranty for heavy commercial vehicles.
We are looking for an experienced Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) who can effectively manage customer interactions, coordinate with the workshop team, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service/repair requirements.
- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and in-person communication.
- Prepare and maintain customer information, vehicle history, and service records.
- Coordinate with service advisors, workshop supervisors, technicians, and the Parts Department for timely completion of customer jobs.
- Follow up with customers regarding vehicle status, pending repairs, approvals, and delivery.
- Make post-service follow-up calls to check customer satisfaction and collect feedback.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and coordinate with the concerned department for resolution.
- Maintain records of customer complaints and feedback and follow-up actions.
- Conduct customer satisfaction calls and work towards improving customer retention.
- Inform customers about periodic maintenance, preventive maintenance, and upcoming service requirements.
- Maintain regular contact with fleet owners, transporters, and other commercial vehicle customers.
- Coordinate customer appointments and service schedules.
- Ensure proper documentation of customer interactions and complaints.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports related to customer calls, follow-ups, complaints and satisfactions.
- Ensure skilled communication and adherence to company.

- Good customer-handling and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally in Hindi and English; knowledge of the local language will
