Requirements :
- 4 to 7+ years of experience in process automation projects (Mainly Dairy products)
- Robust hands-on experience with Siemens PLC programming using TIA Portal, and SIMATIC Manager.
- Strong hands-on experience with Siemens SCADA WinCC
- Good understanding of process control concepts and industrial automation systems.
- Experience with FAT, SAT, and commissioning is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Intouch SCADA is added advantage
- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Profinet, Profibus, Modbus, Ethernet/IP, ASI).
- Willingness to travel for site commissioning and project support.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and test PLC programs using Siemens PLC platforms (S7-1200/1500/300/400) using TIA Portal.
- Understand process requirements, P&IDs;, and control philosophies to implement automation logic.
- Configure and integrate field instruments, MCCs, VFDs, and third-party systems.
- Execute and support FAT, SAT, and site commissioning, including troubleshooting and startup.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams during project execution.
- Prepare and maintain essential project documentation, backups, and as-built deliverables.
