Job Description :-
- 3-5 years of experience as Safety Engineer / Safety Officer on building construction sites, with at least 2 years on high-rise residential (12+ storeys) projects
- Diploma in Safety from a recognized institute plus minimum 10+2 or ITI/Polytechnic background in engineering/construction
- Solid working knowledge of BOCW Act & Rules, IS safety standards, work-at-height and scaffolding safety requirements applicable in Maharashtra
- Hands-on experience conducting site safety inspections, preparing hazard identification and risk assessments (HIRA/JSA), and implementing corrective actions
- Experience in conducting toolbox talks, safety inductions,
and regular safety trainings for workmen and subcontractors
- Ability to prepare and maintain safety documentation such as permits to work, incident/near-miss reports, PPE issue records, and statutory registers
- Practical experience in managing safety for lifting operations, crane/hoist usage, hot work, and excavation at building construction sites
- Willingness to be fully site-based at Swargate, Pune and work extended hours/weekends as required by project progress
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
