Job Summary

The Placement & Career Success Officer will be responsible for connecting learners

with employment opportunities, building relationships with employers, coordinating

placement activities, and preparing learners to become industry-ready. The role focuses on

enhancing learner employability through career guidance, interview preparation, employer

engagement, and placement support.

Key Responsibilities

Employer & Corporate Relations
- Develop and maintain relationships with HR professionals, recruitment agencies,

staffing firms, and corporate employers.
- Identify job opportunities aligned with programs.
- Build a network of hiring partners for internships and permanent roles.
- Coordinate employer engagement activities such as campus drives, webinars, and

recruitment events.

Placement Support
- Assist learners in identifying suitable job opportunities.
- Match learner profiles with employer requirements.




- Schedule interviews and coordinate interview logistics.
- Track interview outcomes and maintain placement records.
- Follow up with employers and learners until the hiring process is completed.

Career Guidance
- Conduct career counselling sessions.
- Guide learners on career planning and job search strategies.
- Review and improve learner resumes.
- Conduct mock interviews and interview preparation sessions.
- Provide guidance on LinkedIn profile optimization and skilled branding.

Learner Engagement
- Maintain regular communication with enrolled learners.
- Encourage participation in placement activities.
- Track learner progress and placement readiness.
- Address learner queries related to careers and placements.

Placement Database & Reporting
- Maintain an updated database of employers, job openings, interviews, and

placements.
