? Key Responsibilities

✔️ Counsel walk-in and prospective parents regarding school admissions.

✔️ Conduct school presentations and campus tours.

✔️ Explain curriculum, facilities, fee structure, and admission procedures.

✔️ Manage enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions through CRM.

✔️ Convert leads into confirmed admissions through effective counselling.

✔️ Coordinate documentation, assessments, and admission formalities.

✔️ Participate in open houses, events, and community outreach activities.

✔️ Achieve admission targets while ensuring an exceptional parent experience.





? Requirements

✅ Minimum 3 years of experience in School Admissions, Student Counselling, or Education Counselling.

✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

✅ Strong counselling, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.

✅ Experience with CRM tools and MS Office.

✅ Knowledge of CBSE/ICSE/IB curriculum will be an advantage.
