Roles and Responsibilities
- Utilize AutoCAD and Excel skills to create accurate drawings and spreadsheets.
- Conduct quantity surveying activities such as rate analysis, cost estimation, and budgeting.
- Prepare detailed BOQs, estimates, and tenders for various projects.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Provide technical support during site execution phases.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-4 years of experience in cost estimation engineering or related field (civil engineering background preferred).
- Solid knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimating techniques, and quantity surveying principles.
- Proficiency in using AutoCAD software; ability to learn new software quickly (e.g., Excel).
- Excellent communication skills; ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
