1. Job Purpose

The Manager – Hospitality & Guest Services will be responsible for the overall management and smooth functioning of hospitality services at Anand Dham Ashram.

The role includes managing guest accommodation, VIP rooms, dining services, refreshments, housekeeping coordination and day-to-day guest requirements, ensuring that all guests, visitors, dignitaries and VIPs receive courteous, effective and respectful service in keeping with the values and ethos of Anand Dham.

The Manager will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of hospitality, cleanliness, comfort, discipline and guest satisfaction throughout the guest's stay.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Guest Hospitality & Visitor Services
- Welcome and assist guests, visitors, dignitaries and VIPs with warmth, courtesy and dignity.
- Ensure proper reception, accommodation,



check-in and departure arrangements.
- Personally monitor the requirements of VIPs and important guests.
- Ensure timely attention to guest requests and special requirements.
- Maintain the highest standards of Atithi Devo Bhava in all hospitality services.
- Ensure that guests experience a peaceful, comfortable and well-organised stay at Anand Dham.

B. Dining & Food Services
- Take overall responsibility for arrangements for breakfast, lunch and dinner for guests.
- Ensure meals are served punctually and dining areas are properly arranged.
- Supervise arrangements for tea, coffee, drinking water, snacks and other refreshments during the day.
- Coordinate with the kitchen/catering team regarding menus, meal timings and special dietary requirements.
- Ensure proper food hygiene, cleanliness, quality and presentation.
