Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive with 2-3 years of experience in industrial product marketing, specifically air-cooled heat exchangers. The ideal candidate will have prior exposure to the oil & gas sector and a strong understanding of technical product positioning, customer engagement, and market development.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute marketing strategies for air-cooled heat exchangers in the oil & gas industry.
2. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, customer needs, and competitor activities.
3. Prepare technical marketing materials, brochures, presentations, and case studies tailored to industry clients.
4. Support sales teams with lead generation, proposal development, and customer presentations.
5. Build and maintain relationships with EPC contractors, consultants, and key decision-makers in the oil & gas sector.
6. Coordinate participation in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and technical seminars.

Collaborate with engineering and product teams to align marketing efforts with technical capabilities.
8. Track and report marketing performance metrics, ensuring continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
- 2-3 years of marketing experience in industrial equipment, preferably heat exchangers or related products.
- Robust knowledge of oil & gas industry dynamics and procurement processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate technical product features into customer-focused value propositions.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.

Preferred Attributes
- Prior experience working with EPCs, refineries, or process plants.
- Technical understanding of heat exchanger design and applications.
