Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. The role involves working closely with the leadership, sales, product, and design teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns that accelerate business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Drive brand awareness and qualified lead generation.
- Manage social media, email marketing, website content, and performance marketing campaigns.




- Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling marketing assets.
- Track campaign performance and optimize strategies using data and analytics.
- Coordinate product launches, webinars, workshops, events, and school outreach campaigns.
- Build partnerships with schools, organizations, communities, and industry stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing performance and key metrics.

Required Skills
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and content marketing.
- Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaigns, and email marketing.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, and CRM platforms.
- Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a quick-paced environment.
