Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team and contribute to the development of a scalable, multi-country Insurance/Bancassurance platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise across both frontend and backend technologies, with experience building up-to-date web applications, microservices, API integrations, and secure enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Backend Development
- Design, develop, and maintain Java Spring Boot microservices.
- Build and consume REST APIs and integrate with multiple internal and external systems.
- Work with GraphQL-based API orchestration layers.
- Implement secure authentication and authorization using OAuth2, JWT, SSO, and CIAM.
- Develop scalable, resilient, and high-performance backend services.
- Work with PostgreSQL databases and Redis caching solutions.




- Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.

Frontend Development
- Develop responsive and performant web applications using React and TypeScript.
- Build reusable, maintainable, and scalable UI components.
- Integrate frontend applications with REST and GraphQL APIs.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to deliver pixel-perfect user experiences.
- Implement best practices for accessibility, responsiveness, and performance optimization.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical design sessions.

Required Skills

Frontend
- Strong experience with React.js, Hooks, Context API, and state management.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend frameworks.
- Experience integrating REST and GraphQL APIs.
- Understanding of component-driven architecture
