Role Description
This is a full-time, in office role based in Ahmedabad for a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Fundraising Professional. The individual in this role will design, implement, and manage CSR programs aligned with the hospital’s mission,



focusing on community health initiatives, charitable care, and outreach activities. Daily responsibilities include identifying and cultivating potential donors and partners, preparing fundraising proposals and grant applications, organizing fundraising campaigns and events, and maintaining transparent reporting on fund utilization and impact. The role also involves coordinating with internal departments for data and program inputs, managing stakeholder communication, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and ethical standards, and preparing periodic impact and progress reports for management and external stakeholders. The professional will be expected to build long-term relationships with corporates, foundations, and individual donors to sustain and grow the hospital’s philanthropic and social initiatives.
