Job Title: Sr. Associate - Global Investment Banking
Location: Delhi NCR / Bangalore
Work Experience: 6 to 9 years
Qualification: MBA (Finance) / CFA L2 (USA)
Ideal candidate should:
- be a self-starter, who can make sense out of ambiguity
- possess a calm demeanor and ability to handle pressure situations
- have ability to effectively communicate with CEOs and investment bankers from large companies and investment banks
- have the ability to lead a team of 3-5 analysts
- possess superior report writing, communication and presentation skills
- have valuable understanding of accounts, financial statements, and valuation methodologies
- possess a strong eye for detail and ability to multitask
- be willing to work in situations that will entail tight deadlines
Work responsibilities:
- Develop investment pro-forma & financial models; research & analyze financial data; develop financial & narrative reports & prepare comparable analyses
- Conduct research, analyze information obtained from various channels and prepare valuation reports
- Review the work of team members to make sure that it is client ready
- Interact with investments professionals overseas and act as a point of contact for clients
- Train / educate new / junior team members
