Junior Technician

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out preventive maintenance of glove manufacturing machines as per the schedule.
- Perform breakdown troubleshooting and minor corrective maintenance to reduce machine downtime.
- Handle installation, setting and adjustment of glove manufacturing machines.
- Maintain maintenance records and follow safety guidelines.
- Interact with machine manufacturers, part suppliers and service providers for technical support and parts procurement.
- Ensure availability of the critical spare parts to reduce machine down time.
- Follow safety guideline and standard operating procedures.
- Perform Kaizen activities to improve productivity, quality, safety, cost, and overall operational efficiency

Machine Experience Preferred:




- Spinning Mills, Flat knitting, Circular Knitting, Weaving, Looms.

Qualification & Experience:
- Education: 10th,Plus Two, ITI, Diploma in Mechanical or Textile.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years

Key Competencies:
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of machine overhauling and maintenance procedures.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Positive understanding of safety protocols and equipment handling.

Preferred candidate profile : ITI-Fitter or ITI-Mechanics or Dip-Mechanical , Freshers can walk-in.
