Job Summary

Chamber of Prakash K. Pandya is a Mumbai-based legal practice focused on corporate advisory, insolvency, mediation, and litigation. We work on matters before the Bombay High Court, NCLT, NCLAT, TDSAT, and SEBI and we look for people who want hands-on exposure to reliable legal work from day one.

Location: Mumbai. Job Type: Full-time. Fresh graduates welcome.
Responsibilities
- You'll work directly with the founding partner on NCLT/NCLAT filings, SEBI compliance matters, IBC proceedings, demerger documentation, Bombay High Court litigation, and criminal matters including income tax prosecutions.
- You'll appear before Magistrate Courts, District and Sessions Courts, civil courts, and tribunals.
- This is a practice where you draft, appear, and advise not just research.
- You'll support the team with legal research, document preparation, filing, and occasional court appearances.
- Work alongside the founding partner not in a silo. You'll be in the room for client meetings, court appearances, and strategy discussions.
- NCLT one day, Bombay High Court the next,



SEBI compliance in between. You won't be pigeonholed into a single practice area.
- Contribute to published articles, regulatory submissions to IBBI and SEBI, and legal newsletters read by practitioners across India.
Requirements
- LLB from a recognised university
- Bar Council enrolment
- Strong drafting and analytical skills
- Preference for candidates with exposure to corporate law, criminal law, securities regulations, IBC, property law, civil procedures, or tribunal procedures (NCLT, NCLAT, DRT, SEBI, SAT, RERA)
- Comfort with regular court appearances before Magistrate, Sessions, and civil courts
- Western Suburbs residence preferred
