Position: US IT Recruiter
Experience: 2-5 Years in US IT Recruitment
Location: Hyderabad, Begumpet (Work from Office)

Responsibilities:
• Reviewing and analyzing active client requirements to identify and source candidates for open positions.
• Leveraging multiple online platforms and social media to discover potential candidates.
• Conducting phone screenings to assess candidates technical skills.
• Collaborating in daily huddles with management to ensure all open roles are covered, and successful closures are achieved.
• Utilizing job portals such as Dice, LinkedIn, and others for sourcing, and posting jobs as needed.
• Well-versed in Boolean search & strings.

Requirements:
• Well-versed in US employment terms like W2, C2C, 1099,



and familiar with various US visa types.
• Aggressive and ability to handle multiple requirements at a time within the TAT.
• Strong experience working with W2 tax terms is essential.
• Comprehensive experience in handling the complete US recruitment life cycle.
• Expertise in full-cycle recruitment for a wide range of IT technologies.
• Excellent communication skills are a must.

Positive to have:
• Exposure to working with third-party & implementation partners requirements.
• Sourcing through social platforms is an added advantage.
