Your Role

As a Technical Lead, you will own the end-to-end technical delivery of fleet and vessel-level solutions, driving architecture, development, quality, and operational excellence. You will combine hands-on engineering expertise with technical leadership across React, Python, AWS, Kafka, and Snowflake to build highly scalable and reliable digital platforms.

In this role, you will:
- Define and evolve platform architecture across frontend, backend, data pipelines, analytics, model hosting, and cloud infrastructure.
- Lead the development of React-based applications, Python microservices, and cloud-native solutions deployed on AWS.




- Design and implement robust telemetry ingestion, transformation, and storage frameworks ensuring data quality, lineage, and consistency.
- Build and optimize Kafka-based streaming pipelines for near real-time alerts, event processing, and analytics workflows.
- Collaborate with data scientists and domain experts to productionize ML and physics-based models, including monitoring, versioning, and performance optimization.
- Guide UI/UX implementation for dashboards, operational workflows, and data visualization solutions ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
- Design and optimize Snowflake data models, secure access strategies, analytics pipelines, and reporting solutions.
