Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of Java developers to design, develop, test, and deploy microservices using Spring Boot and Hibernate.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure high-quality code reviews, testing, and deployment processes are followed by the team members.
- Troubleshoot complex issues related to application performance, scalability, and security.
Job Requirements :
- 7-10 years of experience in developing large-scale applications using J2EE technologies such as Spring Boot and Hibernate.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming concepts, design patterns, and best practices.
- Experience with cloud-based deployment on AWS or similar platforms is an added advantage.
- Excellent team handling skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
