About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support the organization's financial operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and accounting systems.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
- Process invoices, payments, reimbursements, and journal entries.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns as applicable.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.




- Monitor financial transactions and identify discrepancies or risks.
- Generate financial reports and provide insights to management.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in accounting or finance functions.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial data analysis.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
- CA Inter, CMA, MBA Finance, or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in handling GST, TDS, payroll accounting, and statutory compliance.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and financial automation tools.
- Experience working in a startup, consulting, or corporate setting.
