Store Manager Luxury Fashion | Mumbai / Hyderabad
- Store Leadership: Lead day-to-day store operations, team performance, staffing and overall store profitability.
- Sales & Business Performance: Drive sales targets, conversion, ATV, UPT and other key retail KPIs while identifying opportunities for business growth.
- Clienteling & Luxury Customer Experience: Build solid relationships with premium/VIP clients, drive repeat business and deliver personalised styling and service.
- Team Management: Lead, coach and develop the store team on selling skills, product knowledge, styling and luxury service standards.
- Visual & Operational Excellence: Ensure high standards of VM, inventory management, grooming, store presentation, SOP compliance and seamless execution of brand standards.

Preferred: 6 - 10 years of experience in luxury/premium fashion retail, preferably womenswear, occasion wear, couture or designer fashion.
