Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair bakery machinery and utilities.
- Attend electrical and mechanical breakdowns.
- Conduct preventive maintenance.
- Maintain spare-parts and service records.
- Reduce equipment downtime and follow safety procedures.
Qualification: Diploma/BE in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Bakery or food-industry experience preferred.
