AFC Store – Sales Executive Job Profile

Location: Barpali/Bargarh
Reporting To: Store Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Attend customers and understand their construction-material requirements.
- Explain products, brands, specifications, prices and suitable alternatives.
- Prepare quotations and convert enquiries into sales.
- Follow up with customers, contractors, masons and builders.
- Promote cross-selling across cement, steel, pipes, sanitaryware, electrical, plywood, paint, hardware and other AFC categories.
- Coordinate billing, payment, stock availability and delivery.
- Record all enquiries and update daily sales reports.
- Maintain product displays and report stock shortages.
- Handle complaints professionally and coordinate their resolution.
- Do not offer unauthorized discounts,



credit or delivery commitments.

Required Skills
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills
- Basic computer and calculation knowledge
- Sales and follow-up ability
- Honest, disciplined and willing to learn

Qualification: Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.
Experience: Building-material or retail-sales experience preferred.

Performance Measurement

Sales achievement, enquiry conversion, follow-up discipline, cross-selling, repeat customers, billing accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
